About the AFMSCP
The AFMSCP, Association of Social and Cultural Women Mediators of Pantin, is an association under the French law of 1901, created in 1988 and formalized in November 1994. Its main activity is social and cultural mediation. Mediation is available through on-call services, support for people in difficulty, social integration and accountability.
AFMSCP organizes actions in the following areas: integration, social, cultural, health, family, digital, school mediation, energy, local and international solidarity. Its main objectives are to fight against exclusion, discrimination, regulate conflicts, strengthen cohesion and create an interface between residents and institutions.
The challenge
AFMSCP actively takes part in local activities:
- Association forums
- City festivals
- Music festivals
- Craft fairs
- Neighbors’ Days
- Neighborhood festivals
- Graduation ceremonies organized by the city of Pantin
- Various inaugurations organized by the city of Pantin
The Association also participates in events organized by its partners such as the Avicenne hospital, AP-HP (Assistance Publique – Hôpitaux de Paris), Caf, ENGIE, Orange RockCorps and the National School of Architecture (ENSA) Paris-Malaquais.
In addition, the association participates in Solidays as a partner and speaker.
The AFMSCP has a good attendance rate of visitors to its stands. However, it converts very few of its targeted visitors into members.
The AFMSCP therefore wishes to attract its target audience, develop pre-registrations and conversions during trade shows, open days and other events.
The solution
I designed a strategy that would allow AFMSCP:
- To further attract your target audience.
- To be more visible, easily recognizable and localizable.
- To be more attractive and arouse interest.
- To encourage conversions.
Work carried out:
- Communication audit, feasibility studies of future activities, SWOT analyzes (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) and benchmarking.
- Development of a communications strategy and plan.
- Creation of print and web communication tools: posters, leaflets, roll-ups/kakemonos, badges, web articles and posts on social networks.
- Proposal and organization of events and management of teams of 5-10 people.
- Design of tools for animations: questionnaires, displays on exhibition grids, questionnaire correction kit.
- Management of relations with the printer.
- Monitoring pre-registrations and memberships.
Colors
I used the existing AFMSCP color palette (purple, yellow, orange, red, black, white, green, blue and burgundy red). The association's logo is multi-colored, because the association is multidisciplinary.
Among the colors in the palette, I chose the main colors (purple, yellow and orange) and green as a secondary color.
Loyalty, creativity and peace
Confidence and optimism
Joy, sociability and loyalty
Passion and determination
Rigor and seriousness
Purity and wisdom
Nature and success
Trust, security, generosity, calm and sensitivity
Fonts
For communication tools, I used the Now Alt font, in compliance with the graphic charter. This font allows you to form soft, warm and inviting messages, which corresponds to the AFMSCP.
For the titles of certain animations, I used decorative fonts for specific use. Because in fact, they are more in line with the themes of the animations. In addition, they highlight the visual, attract more attention and trigger a strong impact.

Testimonial from a collaborator
I would like to express my satisfaction with the work provided by Eryphilia BENDO, within the AFMSCP. Eryphilia contributed to the success of AFMSCP projects, thanks to her skills in management and communications. Eryphilia promoted the AFMSCP and its collaborators, and the AFMSCP was able to have international visibility. My collaboration with her was very enriching. Eryphilia is a good listener, she has strong analytical skills and she is proactive, which contribute greatly to bringing to fruition the projects that we wish to carry out.
